SPRINGDALE — David R. Eicher, 60, of Springdale died Sept. 16, 2009, at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale. He was born Aug. 15, 1949, at Fort Clayton, Panama Canal Zone, to Wade and Margaret Flanagan Eicher.

He was retired from the Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Eicher; a son, Robert Eicher of the home; his father of Rochester, N.Y.; two brothers.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Fayetteville National Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home in Springdale.
